We have notice of  Son Tretze by writings from 1730, since it was one the properties that contributes with lands for the foundation and construction of Sant Lluis and it was given the right to provide with water to all the habitants.
The property was acquired by the family around the middle pf the past century (1941) and became a factory of navy scale models “Constructo”, we still have some of the exposed in the Hotel.
We are residents of Menorca for along 30 years and Caterina is the niece of a singular resident of Menorca. We have been dedicated together with one of our sons, Togme the hole improving of the property during 34 months after been inhabited for over than 45 years.  The improving has been made bearing in mind the traditional details of the particular Menorquin architecture.
